For mountain bikers of any level

At Sacred Trees, every experience is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you are looking for a multi-day retreat to fully reset, a guided biking session to reconnect to your body, or a small group experience to find your people, you will find something here that fits who you are right now, not who you think you should be.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need previous experience to join a retreat or session?

Not at all. Sacred Trees experiences are designed for active women, not expert athletes. Whether you are a confident cyclist or someone who has not been on a bike in years, the sessions are guided, supportive, and paced around where you actually are. The focus is not performance. It is presence.

For local biking sessions, bring a helmet, water, and comfortable outdoor clothing. A bike can be arranged if needed. For the Panama retreat, a full packing guide will be sent upon registration. In general: comfortable layers, your curiosity, and a willingness to slow down.

No. Sacred Trees Wellness and Retreats is a wellness and experiential coaching space, not a psychotherapy practice. Anne brings her 25-plus years as a licensed therapist to inform the depth and care of everything she creates, but these offerings are retreats, coaching, and community experiences, not clinical treatment. If you are looking for psychotherapy, Anne can point you toward appropriate resources.

Intentionally small. Sacred Trees experiences are designed to feel intimate and real, not like a wellness conference. Group sessions and retreats have limited spots so that every woman feels seen and the community has space to form. Exact numbers vary by experience. Join the community list to hear about openings first.
