The experience takes place on our own private island and includes daily yoga, paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing lessons, pottery, jungle hikes, incredible meals, and plenty of space to simply breathe, rest, and slow down. Therewill also be optional workshops focused on calming the nervous system, breathwork, mindfulness, and cultivating meaningful connection with other women who are navigating or preparing for this next season of life. And, if you like to get your wiggles out, we can arrange optional workouts, island runs, and other active adventures to keep your body moving and your spirit energized. Join every activity, skip a few, take a nap in a hammock, get a massage, spend an afternoon reading by the water, or linger over a cup of coffee with a new friend. There is no right way to do this retreat—it’s your experience, your pace, your way.
